1. Registration

Before you can buy or sell a device at MedByMed, you will have to register at the medical community of MedByMed and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Business of MedByMed. The registration at MedByMed is simple and free-of-charge. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your registration, addressed to the e-mail address given by you. The moment you click the confirmation link in your e-mail, your MedByMed account is activated. This security provisions protect your account from abuse.

Please note that you confirm your acceptance of the current commission agreements by your registration.

2. The MedByMed Concept

We would like to explain to you in detail how MedByMed works by means of the following points:

• MedByMed organizes used medical devices and optional services as well as the creation of your practise homepage or the organisation of transport and repair services.

Please register with the access data fixed at the time of your registration on the MedByMed Homepage and you will receive full access to all MedByMed functions. Added to that, you as a registered user can have a look at the current prices of the individual devices.

4. Community: Exchange information with your colleagues

After your successful registration with your access data at MedByMed you can communicate with the vendors in an inlimited way. MedByMed has developed a special news system for that purpose. You can receive all information you might need prior to the purchase.

5. Purchase or sell devices

After you have registered and read some important information about MedByMed, it will be time to find out how you can find and buy your desired device. Just visit our device market.

Please note: A purchase is legally binding by the click “binding purchase”. Unwinding of contracts are only possible in rare cases after renegotiation with the vendor.
